Capital One Settlement

Sample settlement with Capital One from one of our clients. This was done in March 2010. Since the settlement is done by email it is not on Capital One's letterhead. You could take the extra step and request that they send you a copy of the letter on their letterhead but this is not really necessary because the email comes from a Capital One address and includes the name of the Capital One employee who agreed to the settlement.
